Crafting Your Content with Craftify AI Smart Editor

Welcome to the Smart Editor, a highly versatile tool designed to assist with your content creation. It's powered by advanced AI technology and offers several features including:

1. Continue Writing: Allows the AI to continue your text based on the context provided.
2. Rephrase: Helps you reword your text to avoid redundancy or improve clarity.
3. Make Longer/Shorter: Lets you adjust the length of your content according to your requirements.
4. Summarize: Helps condense information into a shorter format.

To begin working with the Smart Editor, you can go to Crafts > New Craft > Smart Document Editor (Craft)

Smart Editor Content

Objective: To streamline and enhance your content creation process.

Content: Begin by entering your initial content into the editor. This can be anything from a draft of a blog post, a product description, or even just a few keywords or a title.

• Sample Entry: “Here is some content that I would like to use to write a tutorial about the Smart Writer.”

Available Actions: Utilize the AI-powered actions to assist you. Here's what each of them does:

• "Continue Writing": This will generate additional content based on what you've already written.
  
• "Rephrase": This will offer a new way to say the same thing, which can be useful to avoid repetition or improve readability.
  
• "Make Longer": This will expand on your content, adding more detail and depth.
  
• "Make Shorter": This will condense your content, making it more concise.
  
• "Summarize": This will create a brief summary of your content.
  
• Sample Entry: Select “Continue Writing”

Pro Tips: As you make changes, they are automatically saved so you don't need to worry about losing your progress.

Available Actions: You can easily use the Rich Text Editor at the top to directly edit your content.

• Sample Entry: Highlighted all the text and made it bold.

Available Actions: Utilize the AI-powered actions to assist you in entering in your own command.

Sample Entry: Select the text you would like to edit.

Sample entry: Enter the command “Please rewrite this paragraph in a shorter way”

Sample entry: If you are happy with the result, click “replace”

Now you will see the new edit in the Smart Editor and in your working document.

Export Options

You can either select all and copy to clipboard, to paste elsewhere or click on the export button in the top right-hand corner and Download as HTML.
